Who can volunteer ?
Anyone! Not a rider, but still want to help out? Not a problem – come volunteer and just look cool sitting in our tent!
Are you a parent/spouse/sibling of a rider and don’t want to sit around all day waiting for them to get off the mountain? Not a problem! This is a family event and we have positions for everyone of all ages!

What types of volunteer positions are available ?
Pre-Event packaging — help prepare racer bags
Registration — sign up riders on location
Speed Trap monitor — track the fastest riders!
Raffle Booth — sell tickets and call out winners!
Movie Night — sell and take tickets
Shimano’s Kids race — help with the kid’s race
Cross Country race– help run the Cross Country race

Lunch for the day or days that you are there to help

Can I volunteer with a group or friends ?
Of Course! We have positions where people can work together

Who are you helping out ?
When you volunteer at the Tara Llanes Classic you are supporting the Tara Llanes’ non-profit organization, the TLC Crew, and Reeve-Irvine Research Center, and CORE (Center of Restorative Exercise). Each of these non-profit organizations and Centers are involved with helping people that have been injured and now suffer from paralysis by either trying to find a cure or helping to rehabilitate their injuries.

Now that we’ve added the TLC XC, Pearl Izumi Industry Cup, and the Specialized Fun Ride we’ll need more help than ever so please let us know if you would like to help out!
